Am I limited to the amount of sessions I can attend? You have UNLIMITED access to all of our in-person and virtual bootcamp and yoga sessions! Workout as much as you’d like during your trial or membership!

Do I have to sign a contract? There are NO long term commitments and no cancellation fees!

 

How can I get the best results? We encourage you to workout a minimum of 3x per week for guaranteed results. Our coaches are here to motivate and encourage you to escape your comfort zone and maximize your results!

Who is the program for? MEN & WOMEN from any fitness level can participate in this program. Everyone is welcome here at Fit Body Boot Camp!

I haven't exercised in a long time. Can I still participate? Yes, you certainly can. As a matter of fact... YOU REALLY SHOULD! Our experienced coaches can make modifications to ensure you are getting the best workout for YOU!

How do I sign up for sessions? Once you sign up we will reach out to schedule your first session! Then you can download our FREE APP and schedule all of your sessions in advance!

As a busy mom myself, the 30 minute sessions are just what I need to boost my energy and confidence and get my day started right! From coaching High School Competitive Cheer to coaching my Executive Leadership team to meet and exceed results in the corporate world, I have always had a passion for helping others reach their full potential and meet their goals. With Fitness it is no different! My team and I are here to help LEAD, INSPIRE & TRANSFORM our members to be the happiest, healthiest and strongest versions of themselves!!!

Fitness has always been a part of my life; whether it was playing club soccer, running track, or competing in races and triathlons with friends and family. I don’t look at working out as a means to an end; but as a lifestyle choice. Working out helps with my mental and emotional health as well as my physical health. I am truly passionate about helping others find that same happiness with exercising and making them feel good about themselves. I started working at Downingtown Fit Body Bootcamp in November 2019. When I first started out in my coaching journey, I became a FitBody certified coach. I quickly realized that this new journey was something I wanted to pursue more seriously. I became a NASM Certified Personal Trainer in April 2021. I just recently became a Certified Nutrition Coach, as well. You can find me at the gym first thing in the morning! I love starting my day with a good workout! It just puts me in the best head space for the rest of the day. I’m a cardio junkie by nature, so I love our conditioning and cardio/core days! I’ve gone to a bunch of different gyms in my life and I’ve never found one quite like #downingtownfbbc. It’s not just a gym; it’s a family! Everyone is there to celebrate your accomplishments, cheer you on, and lift you up! It’s a place I look forward to going to everyday! I feel so blessed that I get to say I truly LOVE my job
